Shipping & Returns Policy
We ship Australia-wide, utilising the most appropriate service depending on your location.
Please choose carefully when placing an order, as returns will only be accepted for statutory refund entitlements to faulty goods or incorrect goods shipped. Returns will not be accepted for change of mind or dislike of colour.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
All returned items must be in original packaging and condition (i.e. all labels, tickets still attached).
A copy of your tax invoice as proof of purchase must accompany the returned item/s, along with a reason for requesting the return.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status.
A credit, exchange or refund will be issued for returns meeting all of the above requirements. Refunds will be made in the form of monies via the original payment method (e.g. if you paid via credit card, a refund will be issued to that card). Please note that refunds will only be provided if the product cannot be repaired or replaced to the original quality.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We will pay the shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
