What is the advantage of purchasing upcycled furniture?
You get a unique handcrafted piece you can’t buy anywhere else, you’re helping minimise the footprint left in our ever growing worldwide problem of landfill which saves trees, which in turn saves wildlife.
Can I place my order online, or does it have to be in person?
Yes, you can purchase from our store online using this link.
Do you charge for delivery? How much?
We use Australia Post. Click here for costings, also, delivery costs will be calculated on checkout.
Do you deliver or do I arrange the pick up myself?
Delivery can be arranged, or local pickup is welcome upon appointment.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Local orders will vary between 1-3 weeks depending on item and availability. Interstate can take 3-5 weeks.
Can you create custom made furniture with the materials I have at hand?
Yes we can. This would need to be discussed and would be a case by case scenario depending on the type of project and suitability of materials.
How will I know when my furniture is ready?
One of the members of our team will be in contact and keep you informed of these details.
Can you remove my old furniture?
Old furniture can be moved by prior arrangement in the local area.
How do I check the status of my order?
Your order’s progress can be discussed via email, or delivery can be viewed with tracking ID.
Do you offer discounts?
Discounts may be available for larger or multiple items. Offers are also available through our member’s loyalty program.
What payment methods are available?
Payment can be made in our checkout via PayPal or onsite with EFTPOS transaction.
What is your return policy?
Faulty items.
Can I rent your furniture for an event?
This maybe considered. Please enquire within.
